These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Plugin, including all related services, updates, and documentation. By installing, opening, or otherwise using the Plugin you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
The Plugin is software that runs inside the Figma application and provides tools for exporting, compressing, formatting and preparing banner and image assets. All image compression and optimization is performed locally inside the Plugin on your device. Your exported graphics are not uploaded to our servers for processing. Account and licensing data are sent to our authentication server as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to install and use the Plugin for the duration of your active Free Tier or Paid Plan. A Paid Plan licence may only be moved between Figma accounts as described in Section 5 ("Licence keys" and "Team plans"). You may not:
The Plugin identifies you via your Figma account, which is required to run any Figma plugin.
Certain features (for example, managing your subscription through the billing portal or
administering a team) additionally require confirmation of your Figma account via Figma's
OAuth 2.0 flow using the current_user:read
scope. Verification confirms that the person running the Plugin is the legitimate owner of
the associated Figma account. We do not receive access to your Figma files, designs,
comments, teams, or other content.
You are responsible for keeping your Figma account secure. You must not share your Paid Plan access with other persons outside the mechanisms we provide (for example, team seats). Suspected abuse may result in suspension in accordance with Section 13.
Data processing relating to account and verification data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid Plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Paid Plan, you enter into a sales contract directly with Lemon Squeezy, which is also the issuer of your invoice / VAT receipt and the party responsible for processing your payment. Lemon Squeezy's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction:
Prices are displayed in the Plugin interface and on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page before you confirm the purchase. Prices include applicable VAT for Consumers located in the EU where required by law; Lemon Squeezy collects and remits VAT on our behalf.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal link available inside the Plugin ("Manage subscription") or via the billing e-mail sent by Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then.
After purchase, Lemon Squeezy sends you a licence key. A Paid Plan purchased from inside the Plugin is activated automatically on the Figma account used for the purchase. A Paid Plan purchased directly on Lemon Squeezy is activated by entering the licence key in the Plugin.
An individual licence is active on one Figma account at a time. Entering the key on a different Figma account moves the licence to that account, and the previous account returns to the Free Tier. To prevent licence sharing, an individual licence can be moved to another Figma account at most once every 30 days. If you need an exception (for example, because you lost access to your Figma account), contact us at contact@galagoimago.com.
A team plan includes the number of seats selected at checkout. One seat is used by the team administrator (the purchaser). The administrator shares the team key, and each member activates it on their own Figma account. Members’ access depends on the administrator’s active subscription.
Only the administrator can remove members; members cannot release their seat themselves. To prevent seat sharing, within any 30-day period the administrator can remove at most as many members as there are paid member seats. If the number of seats is reduced, the most recently added members are removed first. If you need an exception, contact us at contact@galagoimago.com.
If you are a Consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract for the Paid Plan within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, pursuant to Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
By activating a Paid Plan and ticking the corresponding checkbox at checkout you give such express consent and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal as soon as access to the paid features is granted. Until you activate the Paid Plan you retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (where still available), send a clear statement to contact@galagoimago.com including your order ID. We will refund the payment without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from receipt of the statement, using the same means of payment.
The Free Tier is provided "as is" and may be subject to export limits, feature restrictions, and fair-use rate limits, which we may adjust over time. The Free Tier does not create any payment obligation.
When using the Plugin you agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the content you process with the Plugin and for ensuring you have the necessary rights in such content.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Plugin, including source code, graphics, trademarks and documentation, remain the exclusive property of ClickFive Paweł Bachniak or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any such rights to you.
You retain all rights in the content you create, import or export using the Plugin. We do not claim any ownership of your Figma files, designs, or exported assets.
The Plugin integrates with third-party services, in particular:
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. In particular, your use of Figma's Plugin API, OAuth services and Community is subject to Figma's Developer Terms and Community Terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service. Interruptions caused by third-party outages are outside our control.
For Consumers, the digital content and digital services provided under the Paid Plan are subject to the statutory conformity requirements laid down by Directive (EU) 2019/770 (supply of digital content and digital services) and, in Poland, by the applicable provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
If the Plugin does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a proportionate reduction of the price, or to termination of the contract, in accordance with those mandatory rules. These statutory rights are not affected by any disclaimer elsewhere in these Terms.
You should report non-conformity to contact@galagoimago.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where applicable, within the time limits required by law.
Except for the statutory rights described in Section 11, the Plugin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Plugin — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the Paid Plan in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop using the Plugin at any time by uninstalling it from Figma and, if you have a Paid Plan, by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 5.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin (including paid features), with notice where reasonably practicable, if:
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before the effective date of termination, nor any provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination (including Sections 9, 12, 14 and 15).
We may update the Plugin to add, modify or remove features, or to comply with legal or security requirements. For Consumers on a Paid Plan, modifications to the digital content are performed in accordance with Art. 19 of Directive (EU) 2019/770 — that is, only where these Terms permit such modifications and provided a valid reason exists, without additional cost, with reasonable prior notice, and (where the modification negatively impacts access or use other than to a minor extent) with your right to terminate the contract free of charge.
We may also modify these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you through the Plugin interface or by e-mail (where available) with reasonable advance notice. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your Paid Plan before the changes take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of your habitual residence. If you are a Consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the EU Member State in which you reside (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over our seat in Poland. If you are a Consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your place of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 ("Brussels I bis").
Online dispute resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
